Scott Walsh
Vice President, Lendlease
Currently he serves as Project Director and Vice President of Residential Development for international property developer Lendlease. He has worked with the company since 2016 and oversees all aspects of development for the company’s residential projects in New York City. Over his career he has successfully led the sellout of over $1 Billion in condominiums and the development & leasing of over 5,000 market-rate and affordable rental units. Within Lendlease he serves as the group’s Residential Practice lead for the east coast region and last year began working with the firms D&I Council focusing on LGBTQ issues.
Mr. Walsh’s years of experience in real estate development and architecture include various senior and executive roles for Forest City Ratner Companies, TF Cornerstone/Rockrose Development Corporation, Anderson Consulting and Swanke Hayden Connell Architects. Â
He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and his Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University. Â He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and a weekly volunteer at The Trevor Project. For the past decade he has lived in the Hunters Point waterfront neighborhood and is active within the Long Island City community, including volunteer and board work for the YMCA, the LIC Partnership and The Ismama Noguchi Garden Museum.
